 Kevin is a materials engineer with a secondary degree and MSc in quantity surveying. 

With over 7-years’ of experience in the construction industry, and 8 - years’ of experience lecturing engineering, material science and automotive engineering in the UK and Ireland. Kevin has provided expert advice on various issues for clients and contractors on many construction and mechanical projects. 

Kevin has an array of experience working on water escapes, M & E instances and building fabric issues as well as causation and leak detection. Kevin has also vast experience in contract law and cost migration from his many years experience in the construction industry.
